ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Candidate can apply online on the link given at homepage and follow the instructions carefully or may visit Admission office during office hours (i.e. Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; Saturday - Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)


Attested Copies of following Documents are required:
  • Pass Certificate & Mark sheet of SSC/ O-Level or any other examination of equivalent level. (02 photocopies)
  • Pass Certificate & Mark sheet of HSC, A-level Certificate, or any other examination of equivalent level. (02 photocopies)
  • Bachelor's Degree and Mark sheet/ Transcript. (02 photocopies)
  • Master's Degree and Mark sheet/ Transcript. (02 photocopies)
  • National Identity Card or Form B (In case of age less than 18 years)
  • NTS GAT/Subject result for MPhil/MS Candidates.
  • Character Certificate from the Principal of institute last attended.
  • Six recent passport size photographs.
  • Domicile Certificate of the candidate (or Father / Mother domicile if the applicant is under 18 years of age or unavailability) and P.R.C.

ADMISSION POLICY
  • Duly filled online admission form must be submitted to the university's admission office.
  • The application should be supported by all relevant documents and admission fees as mentioned in the application fee voucher.
  • All received applications shall be scrutinized for eligibility as per criteria
  • All successful applicants shall be assessed by written test and interview.
  • Final Merit list shall be based on following criteria: 10% Matric, 40% Intermediate, 40% Entrance Test Marks, and 10% Interview.
  • Admission offer letters shall only be sent to successful candidates.
  • The selected candidates shall be required to register before the deadline mentioned in the offer letter; failure to do so shall result in the cancellation of his / her admission.
  • Note :
    Candidates with valid NTS (NAT/ GAT) test are however exempted from SMI University admissions aptitude test for Undergraduate & Graduate programs
