The Department of Environmental Sciences at SMIU offers MS (Environmental Sciences). The program has been specifically designed to produce research oriented environmental professionals to contribute directly and indirectly towards conservation and sustainable use of natural resources for the benefit of mankind. This program will prepare students to fill the gap in demand and supply of environmental professionals in Pakistan, who may join ever expanding environment related job market and pursue their careers in government/ private organizations, research and development labs, NGOs, educational and social development sector, etc.
