Stephen John, PhD
Professor / Chairperson
Prof. Dr. Stephen John holds a PhD in Education and brings over 39 years of teaching experience to the field. For eight years, he served as the principal of a higher secondary school, where he demonstrated exemplary leadership in educational management. In addition to his administrative role, he has been a dedicated teacher trainer, where he designed and facilitated workshops and training programs for naval personnel and faculty members across a variety of educational institutions under the Pakistan Navy. Notable among these institutions are Bahria Colleges, Cadet College Petaro, and Sangher.Prof. Dr. John is also an accomplished researcher, having authored 62 research papers that have been published in internationally recognized journals. His expertise spans educational leadership, teacher training, and curriculum development, making him a highly respected figure in the field of education.
Munir Moosa Sadruddin, PhD

Dr. Munir holds Ph.D. in Education. He has been working at SMIU since 2012. He is the recipient of the Charles Wallace Fellowship and the GEI Fellowship. He is also a Volunteer Founder Director of Global Forum for Teacher Educators. He is credited for his global models and frameworks.
Ajab Ali Lashari
Lecturer
Ajab Ali Lashari has done his masters in Education and in English Literature from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur. Currently he is doing his M.Phil. from same university. He joined SMIU in 2015. He has attended different workshops organized by H.E.C on teaching methods and research methodologies. He has five years teaching experience at Shah Abdul Latif University. He has two research publications in international journals on his credit.
Abdul Karim Suhag, PhD
Lecturer
Dr. Abdul Karim Suhag holds PhD in Educational Leadership and Management from SZABIST University, Karachi. He has joined SMIU in 2016. He has done MS in Education from Sindh Madressatul Islam University Karachi. He has won the Research Peace Award under the title, Best Researcher of the Year in 2019 at Tamil Nadu, India and has also served as an accredited member of World Research Council for the year of 2019-2020. He has published twenty-seven research papers in national and international journals.
