SMIU Bids Farewell to Its Longest-Serving Employee Mr Qasim Ali Khuwaja
Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU) held a farewell ceremony for Qasim Ali Khuwaja, Additional Registrar, on his retirement after 42 years of service and a 45-year association with the institution, including his time as a student. The ceremony was attended by Vice Chancellor Dr. Mujeeb Sahrai, senior university officials, and staff. Dr. Sahrai praised Mr. Khuwaja’s dedication and invaluable contributions to the growth of SMIU, saying his services would always be remembered. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Khuwaja reflected on his long association with the institution and shared memories of his student and professional life. The Vice Chancellor presented him with a commemorative shield in recognition of his outstanding services.
