SMIU Observes Kashmir Black Day
Sindh Madressatul Islam University (SMIU) observed Kashmir Black Day with a rally and awareness program to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir.
The rally, led by Dean Dr. Jamshed Adil Halepoto and Registrar Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Shaikh, was attended by faculty members, officers, employees, and students. Participants voiced support for the Kashmiri people's right to self-determination.
Speaking at a ceremony held at the Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto Auditorium, speakers condemned the events of October 27, 1947, and reiterated support for the Kashmiri cause. Dr. Jamshed Adil Halepoto emphasized Pakistan’s continued solidarity with the people of Kashmir and called upon the international community to support their rights.
