Women’s Wellness Week 2025 Concludes at SMIU
The Directorate of Students’ Affairs and Counselling, SMIU, concluded Women’s Wellness Week 2025 with a Breast Cancer Awareness and Prevention session in collaboration with Pink Ribbon Pakistan.
Dr. Shehnaz Memon, former Chief Medical Officer, Health Department, Government of Sindh, attended as Chief Guest, while Dr. Yumna Ahmed of JPMC delivered an informative talk on early detection and prevention of breast cancer.
Certificates were awarded to volunteers and participants, and funds raised during the event were donated to support breast cancer patients. The week concluded with a message of awareness, compassion, and women’s empowerment.
